Meet The Team
LEAD PASTORS
Rev. Robby & Amanda Holland
Pastor Robby and Amanda Holland have faithfully served in ministry for more than two decades and share a deep passion for helping people grow in their relationship with Christ. Robby is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has served in pastoral ministry for over 25 years, leading churches in Arkansas, Texas, and Oklahoma.
Amanda currently serves as the Children’s Ministries Director at Spirit Church and is a gifted Bible teacher and ministry leader with a heart for helping children and families build strong foundations of faith.
Robby and Amanda were married in 2000 and have two sons, Bobby and Spencer, who are both involved in ministry. As a family, the Hollands are committed to serving the church together and helping people discover God’s purpose for their lives.
YOUTH & ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Rev. Spencer Holland
Spencer Holland is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God who is passionate about seeing students encounter the life-changing power of Jesus Christ and grow in their faith. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies at the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
Spencer is committed to investing in the next generation through youth ministry, mentoring students, and preaching God’s Word with clarity and passion. His heart is to create environments where young people can discover their purpose, develop a genuine relationship with Christ, and boldly live out their faith.
Outside of ministry, Spencer enjoys hunting and fishing, but his greatest passion is sharing the gospel and seeing the lives of the next generation transformed.
WORSHIP LEADER &
MUSIC DIRECTOR
JP & Jancy Hodges
With a heart for authentic worship, JP and Jancy are passionate about leading Spirit Church into an atmosphere where people can encounter God’s presence in a life-changing way. After experiencing heartbreak and family loss, their paths crossed again in January 2009, and they quickly knew God was bringing them together to share their story and use their musical gifts to build His Kingdom. They were married later that year and began building their own family in 2010. Today, they have five children and three grandchildren.
They have worked together in Nashville, Tennessee on recording projects and live concerts, gaining training from top musicians and singers. They now use that experience, along with years of church ministry, to lead worship at Spirit Church, where they have served as worship pastors for eight years and remain excited for what God has ahead.
